KODIAK NETWORKS AND ESTER SOLUTIONS SIGN RESELLER AGREEMENT FOR PUSH-TO-TALK (PTT) AND ADVANCED VOICE SERVICES SOLUTIONS

Companies Collaborate on the Distribution of Advanced Wireless Systems throughout Russia and Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS)

SAN RAMON, CA and MOSCOW, RUSSIA – June 22, 2005 – Kodiak Networks and Ester Solutions today announced a reseller agreement for the deployment of Push-to-Talk (PTT) and advanced voice services (AVS) solutions throughout Russia and Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS). This partnership focuses on addressing the growing market demand for innovative voice services applications that are critical to driving average revenue per user (ARPU) in this region.

Under the agreement, Ester Solutions will resell the Kodiak Real-Time Exchange™ (RTX) for CDMA, GSM and 3G networks. The companies will collaborate on system integration, joint marketing, training and support of Kodiak’s full product portfolio including the Kodiak RTX System and AVS applications.

Ester will also be a reseller of Kodiak SIMpower™, an innovative thin client which enables premium voice service functionality on existing GSM handsets. These advanced voice services can be accessed directly from a mobile phone and include applications such as handset-based contact management, instant group conferencing, real-time availability/presence updates and instant voice messaging.
